Fluid regularly creates Ziptrek's print materials and they asked us to extend our creative into an engaging new website which would encourage visitors to book online, provide media with accurate information and high quality imagery and be easy for staff to keep up to date regardless of the device used or language spoken.
A fortunately timed trip overseas allowed for a meeting with the Canadian team on site in Whistler. We quickly established an understanding of the global requirement of the brand the importance of bringing this back to Queenstown. Following this we delivered a robust web brief and worked closely with the Ziptrek Queenstown team to get it off the ground. The wider design process allowed us to consolidate the brand position and associated products.
There has been an increase in visitor numbers to the website and an increase in retention of those enquiries leading to a bigger number of web sales. The new site has set the scene for the wider brand and the method in which the Ziptrek story gets told.
